President Zhang Led the Team to Zhongtian Construction Group for Learning

   From July 2 to July 3, Zhang Zhihua (President of Guoqing Holding Group and Board Chairman of Qingjian Group) led the 14-person team composed of the leaders of headquarters departments, sub groups and branches to Zhongtian Construction Group for learning.

   Hua Xueyan, CEO of Zhongtian Construction Group welcomed President Zhang and his team, and introduced the development course, organizational structure, control mode, project management, incentive mechanism, enterprise culture, etc. The team members exchanged with the relevant leaders of Zhongtian mainly on regional management mode, project management contract responsibility system, talent construction, cultural brand construction.

   During this period, the team also visited Olympic sports center project contracted by Zhongtian and made some discussion with the project management group.

   At the end of the visit, President Zhang expressed his gratitude to Zhongtian personnel for patient explanation and enthusiastic welcome, and said that they would continue to strengthen the exchange between both parties in the future and promote the mutual development.
