As one of ENR 225 international contractors for 6 consecutive years, it owned its title as 127th in 2011. In 2005, it won the “National Quality Management Award” as the third construction enterprise honored with this prize in china. In recent years, it has also attained over 200 honors and awards at provincial level and above, such as“well-known trademark in China”，“Excellent National Building Construction Enterprise”, “China Customer Satisfaction Enterprise”.

     Qingjian Group Co., Ltd was awarded many prizes by its good reputation in records and credit, including “the National Contract-honoring and Credit-valuing Enterprises”, “ National Credit Grade AAA Construction Enterprise” , the first batch of “China Credit Example Enterprise” approved by the Ministry of Commerce of China, and “Credit Grade AAA International Contractor” & “Credit Grade AAA International Labor Cooperation Enterprise” by China International Contractors Association. It has been honored as “Credit Grade AAA Enterprise” by many banks, such as China Construction Bank and Agricultural Bank of China. 

     Qingjian Group Co., Ltd is the only construction enterprise owned national technological center in Shandong Province. It also set up the first post-doctoral scientific research workstation in Construction Enterprise of Shandong Province. Especially, it is the first foreign enterprise which developed and contracted the DBSS projects and the senior apartments project in SINGAPORE.
